Dear Robyn,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the band members for providing a fun and spectacular performance for our daughter's wedding reception at the Hyatt Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach on August 15, 2009.  The wedding was wonderful.  We appreciate you and all the Troubadours for making it especially fun and memorable. The music was amazing, and as you said, the volume was perfect for dancing and talking.  We received many compliments throughout the night for your excellent and professional performance.  You were so receptive to our extra requests, such as playing the polkas and the audience participation songs.  They were a big success.  We realize you had to put extra time and effort, but you were always helpful and gracious in accommodating our needs.

You were the perfect emcee for the whole evening and your timing was great!  The dance floor was full throughout the night and the final song and guitar exhibition was truly memorable.  We enjoyed choosing the dinner music and your choice of songs for dancing made everyone eager to participate.

Lastly, we want to recognize the band members as great musicians.  The quality of your performance was truly exceptional. We highly recommend you and we would gladly be a reference for you in the future.

The Troubadours helped make our wedding night the best night ever! Their energy, musicianship and song selection was fantastic, and had the whole room dancing all night long. Their dinner set was played at the perfect volume, and their sound & lighting during the dancing sets was superb. Robyn did a great job MC'ing and kept things moving along at the pace we wanted. The entire process from our initial meeting through the reception was wonderful. We had an amazing experience with the Troubadours, and would HIGHLY recommend them. In fact - they are one of our new favorite bands, and we can't wait to see them again!

Hi Robyn,

We can hardly believe more than a month has gone by since our big day.  I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to meet and thank all the band members for their work preparing the new songs they learned
for our occasion.  Everything sounded fantastic.  We have heard nothing but good responses from everyone that came, danced, and celebrated.  Thanks so much for the great MC job, too!  All the transitions were as smooth as silk!

One of our wedding guests taped the first few dances.  The picture is bad since she was shooting into the light behind the band stand, but the sound captures the really fun job you did on "My Heart Belongs
To Randy!"  When you get a chance, would you please forward the lyrics you composed for our song?  We would like to include them in our wedding book.

We enjoyed working with you very much Robyn, and if you ever need a reference, use us!  Also, we lobbied with Liz Dry for the Troubadors to appear on her vendor list...
